1. Service Agreement

By booking a car wash or detailing service with KHALID Y M LTD, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Vehicle Condition & Valuables

  • Please remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables from your vehicle before handing it over for service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
  • You must inform our staff of any existing damage, loose trim, or fragile areas on the interior or exterior of your vehicle prior to the start of the service.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage that may become more visible after dirt and grime have been removed.

3. Pricing and Quotes

All prices listed on our website or provided over the phone are estimates based on standard vehicle conditions. Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, mold, or biohazards will be subject to a surcharge, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

4. Cancellations and Delays

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. We understand that delays happen, but we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are significantly late, to ensure we do not impact following customers.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please inform our staff before leaving the premises. We will do everything reasonably possible to rectify the issue immediately.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
